Great experience! Always available and very helpfull on all the process. He clarified all my doubts during the viewings till I signed all the documents of the purchase of the house. He guided me on the visits of the house, so I could be aware of any issues, down sides and advantages of each house we visited, and Im very happy with the house I finally bought. I had the pleasure to have Stephen as a buying agent during the entire process, from coming to every visits until I got the keys. I really appreciated to have Stephen as a buying agent as he his very knowledgeable and have a sharp attention to details during the visits and he has always been available to answer my questions. Buying a house can be quite challenging and when four days before the signature an issue was discovered, he has handle everything for me which represented a significant workload, while still providing me with frequent updates as the situation was very stressful. Stephen was very quick to react and easy to communicate with from the beginning. We found him as our selling real estate agent, but it quickly changed into an all-in service (finding and buying our new house and selling the previous appartement). All in all, we could not have made a better choice. On top of great market knowledge Stephen proved to be very communicative, friendly and ready to go the "extra mile". He helped us on every step and proved invaluable in making good decisions. Stephen has helped me with as a buying agent for my first home in Schiedam. I appreciate the fact that he took time to understand what my priorities were and so provide direction on what kind of houses and areas to focus on. During the viewing he pointed out many existing and potential flaws of the properties, which I would be sure to miss.
